Shipment storage period

The shipment is kept at the parcel terminal for 4 calendar days after our confirmation that the order is already in the LP EXPRESS parcel terminal and can already be picked up. We will inform you about the incoming order by sms message. You will pick up the shipment by entering the two PIN codes received in the SMS message at the terminal. Only with this code you will be able to pick up the shipment from the specified shipment terminal. Keep the code until you pick up the order from the parcel terminal. At the end of the 4-day period and without using the "parcel collection" service, the parcel is returned to "Hookahshop.lt". Please note that shipments cannot be redirected to another delivery location.
