What goods are not covered by the warranty?
  • A quality guarantee is not provided if the characteristics of the product correspond to its description, the product is suitable for use according to its purpose.
  • When picking up the item at the store, inspect it for damage, complete and proper configuration. When accepting an order from the courier, pay attention to the packaging - in case of suspicion - unpack immediately. Mark the observed discrepancies in the document of acceptance of the transfer of the goods and, in the presence of a courier or a representative of Hookahshop.lt, write a report. If you see a defect or defect in the product after signing the delivery acceptance document, we cannot take responsibility for the fact that the product or packaging is damaged, improperly assembled. In this case, the quality guarantee will only be provided in the event of a factory defect.

  • To save time, we recommend that you deliver the product directly to the warranty service center specified by the manufacturer. By contacting the repair company directly, the product can be repaired even a few days faster. For information on who provides warranty service for the purchased product, see the contacts section.
  • You can also deliver the seller's Hookahshop.lt goods to all Hookahshop.lt stores. You can find the addresses and opening hours of the stores in the contacts section.
  • You can also send the product for warranty repair via courier. If the seller of the product is Hookahshop.lt, in this case it is necessary to provide the address: Kedrų g.3-102, LT-03116, Vilnius, Lithuania.
  • If the seller of the goods is another store, please send to the address provided on the invoice.
  • We invite you to pack the product properly so that it is not damaged during shipment. If the product is damaged during shipment, we will not be able to provide warranty service.

What if I suspect a product is of poor quality?

If you suspect you have received a defective item, you have several choices:

  • If it is possible to eliminate the defects in the quality of the product, you can contact the seller to have the product defective. Note that the seller of the goods can be not only Hookahshop, but also other stores. You can check the invoice.
  • A discount corresponding to the value lost due to defects may be applied to the product you have purchased.
  • You can exchange the product for an identical good quality product, unless the defects in the product are minor or are due to your fault when using the product.
  • The refund period is 14 calendar days from the Seller's confirmation of product defects that are not due to wear and tear, but due to the manufacturer's defect that occurred within a period of no more than 30 days of use.

How long does the repair take?

  • It usually takes 2 to 3 weeks to rectify faults caused by the manufacturer, from the day the product is returned to warranty service if the manufacturer confirms a manufacturing defect. If it turns out that the repair requires a part to be delivered from abroad, the waiting period is extended to 45 days.

Can I bring obsolete electrical or electronic products to the Hookahshop.lt store?

  • Yes.
  • Electrical and electronic equipment contains hazardous substances that pose a risk to the environment and human health, and end-of-life products should not be disposed of with your other household waste. By purchasing an electrical or electronic product in the Hookahshop.lt e-shop, you can bring the same type of obsolete product to our store.
  • If you wish to dispose of your old electrical and electronic equipment, please contact the service personnel, who will provide you with containers specifically for this waste.
  • Our company cooperates with a hazardous waste management company, to which we regularly transfer the collected hazardous waste. Therefore, you can be sure that the waste you dispose of will be disposed of safely and properly.

I want to return a quality product that did not fit:

  • Many of our goods come with a money back guarantee. If you decide to return the purchased item without any reason, you can do so within 14 days.
  • You also have the option of an additional money back guarantee that is valid for up to 30 days. In this case, the product is subject to several additional conditions. The packaging of the product must be intact, accompanied by all authentic labels and protective bags, and the product must look exactly as it was when purchased. If you damage the packaging, you will not be able to return the quality goods and get your money back after more than 14 days.

How long do I have to wait to pre-order?

  • If the item is in the supplier's warehouse, delivery time usually takes up to 14 days (excluding holidays).
  • If the product needs to be ordered directly from the manufacturer, the delivery time may take longer than 14 days (excluding holidays).
  • Wholesale goods are delivered from 28th of the month (depending on the goods and quantity), (excluding holidays).

How to get your money back?

The money is returned to the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of return of the Goods to the Seller.
